Project REV made me focus on my marketing efforts. As an example, to reintroduce AUM to the community, I held a hugely successful art event, bringing new eyes to the gallery aspect of the business while also introducing our custom framing side to the right audience. In one of my first marketing efforts, I sent out postcards announcing the event and featuring my newly-refined logo. I was also introduced to the power of social media. As I start to post more on the social media sites, I’m realizing I need to have an ongoing search looking for posts about my company so I can react to anything that’s said about us – good or bad.
